So far it's been a great move for us. Normal apartment complex amenities, but they feel better than Maple Valley, which was a great move for us to get off 3rd floor and the eternal sticky carpets that we moved in them with. Logan Gateway did a great job with the pre move in process, and made sure it was clean and ready for us.

Logan gateway is a great place to stay, there’s lots of space, a dog park, the pool is immaculate, the price is affordable & the office staff is great.

Everyone is is kind. If something happens they’re always right on it to fix the issue. It’s a wonderful place to live.

Clean pet friendly complex, have had their maintenance fix some things around my apartment and they were always friendly and do an amazing job!! Definitely recommend their apartments or townhomes.

We have really loved living here! Patrick with maintenance is awesome! He’s always quick with repairs, and every time we go to the office, he gives my daughter a snack, and she loves it! Kam is the best office manager we’ve ever had! He’s really personable, and willing to work with you! He’s been so helpful! We love living here! We’ve lived in other apartments before, and have never had such awesome service! Everything is always well maintained, and you can tell they really have pride in their work! I hope Kam and Patrick never leave! Job well done guys!

This is our third year here. We love being here! Quiet and clean neighborhood with great managers and maintenance crew. The apartments and townhomes are up to date and well built.

Lived here from about 8 months now and management is so helpful and easy to talk to. Very clean big place and if there r any problems with apt the maintenance always has come to same day it was reported to fix it. Love the workers and love the community here!!
