Living at Logan Gateway Apartments has been such a wonderful experience! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The property is beautifully maintained, and the modern, stylish designs of the apartments are both comfortable and inviting. The amenities are fantastic —clubhouse & outdoor spaces, make everyday living so much more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to shopping, dining, or public transportation, which adds so much convenience to my daily routine. One of the things I appreciate most is the incredible staff. They’re always friendly, responsive, and eager to help with anything I need. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a vibrant, safe, and welcoming place to live in Logan/North logan, I can’t recommend Logan Gateway Apartments enough! It’s truly a wonderful community to call home.

Logan Gateway is the best place we’ve ever lived! If you want to live somewhere where they actually care about you, and you’re not just a number, I cannot recommend them more highly! They have done everything they can to help us out when things got tough, and Kam might be an actual angel! Patrick from maintenance is also fantastic, and most of the time, he comes out for repairs same day! I’ve never heard of an apartment complex that is so amazing before! Thank you so much for all you do!

Cam is one of the best property managers I have ever met very respectful and just a nice guys in general. Patrick the maintenance head is the same way and always fun to talk to. You can tell they both take pride in their work and do a great job. Highly recommend this place!

There was people speeding through the apartments and management put up speed bumps for their residents safety. Any problems I would have in my unit they would come fix right away and do an amazing job as always. Their staff members are very nice and courteous Everytime I would go in the office with questions and concerns. I love living here, the community is safe for my children and our pets have a place to run and play.

So far it's been a great move for us. Normal apartment complex amenities, but they feel better than Maple Valley, which was a great move for us to get off 3rd floor and the eternal sticky carpets that we moved in them with. Logan Gateway did a great job with the pre move in process, and made sure it was clean and ready for us.

We have really loved living here! Patrick with maintenance is awesome! He’s always quick with repairs, and every time we go to the office, he gives my daughter a snack, and she loves it! Kam is the best office manager we’ve ever had! He’s really personable, and willing to work with you! He’s been so helpful! We love living here! We’ve lived in other apartments before, and have never had such awesome service! Everything is always well maintained, and you can tell they really have pride in their work! I hope Kam and Patrick never leave! Job well done guys!

this has been a relatively great place to live. Pros: -Friendly, responsive management -high quality maintenance -great living space, up to date appliances -pet friendly -good location for public transit access, grocery store and restaurant access, etc. Cons: -more expensive than similar apartments in the area -transferring the lease to new roommates is kind of a hassle so for students who don’t have a long term stable roommate situation may not be the best option Overall, I would say it is less student-friendly than other options, but it’s been a solid situation for my longer term living.

Made everything easy for me and my family. The application process to moving in went smooth. We fell in love with the apartment when we walked in, it was clean and welcoming. We have been here for a year. The community is well kept up. During this past winter the walk ways and roads were always shoveled and salted. Any maintenance needed was always taken care of within the day. Kam & Patrick have always been kind and welcoming to everyone. We absolutely love our community.

I moved here from California and found Logan Gateway prior to moving out here. The office folks were so accommodating before and during my move. I had to call maintenance a few times and they were here in less then 24 hours. One time it was an emergency and he got here after hours. I have had a really nice experience with the leasing office and with maintenance .

We’ve been living at Logan Gateway for about nine months and we really love it. The apartment is very spacious and comes with an in unit washer/dryer, great kitchen appliances and lots of light. I’ve been very impressed with the water heater. I’ve never had to wait more than 30 seconds for my shower to get warm. When we moved in, we did have a part to our plug missing, but we called maintained and someone came within the hour to fix it. We never had issues taking our dog around the complex, there’s lots of places to take him on walks and dog clean up stations around when you need it. The staff are really friendly. Both Kam and Lauren have been super accommodating to any drop in questions we’ve had and always seemed to return any unanswered calls. Definitely one of the best complex’s in Logan, Utah.

Was a pretty decent experience living here Always willing to work with us The only things that I have is that shortly after we moved in ( this was 3 years ago, when the townhomes were newly built and we were the first people to live in it ) the floors in the kitchen and entry way kept coming up , they would just send maintenance to tape it up , it also had bubbles in the flooring as well , apparently because the person who put the flooring in did a shoty job , the whole time I lived there I would question the office when were they going to redo the flooring, and Always got the run around, well I moved out in March almost 3 years later and still never got fixed. The whole parking thing was a mess, there would be loud college kids at 2am in the morning outside, people smoking whatever on the balconies, and More pet friendly than kid friendly Instead of building a playground for kids, they built a little agility dog park behind the pool when I had asked if they were eventually going to build a playground, I was told that no because it's more of a dog community and that the owner didn't want to deal with having a playground in the community We were told to just go to the apartment next door's playground 🙄 Oh and just so there's no confusion on schooling for little ones, yes bridger elementary is down the street but unfortunately kids in this community have to go across town to wilson elementary because of splitting boundaries for stupid reasons 🙄😠 But other than those little things it was 👍 ok I would probably recommend this community more for college students, it's more suited for them than for a family .

The apartments are really nice, never had issues with pests, anything broken or unusable items. The staff are always very responsive and accommodating when it comes to maintenance, and questions. The only thing that seems inconvenient is finding a parking spot when you have more than one vehicle, but that really is just Logan for you.

I love living here! Beautiful apartments, amazing location where all of the main stores needed for life are very close by. I love that they are pet friendly as well. I wish there was more parking. In winter specifically, it tends to feel like a competition to try to be able to park your car, since parking on the side of the road in winter is illegal. Communication between the office and tenants also could really be improved. However, overall, I have absolutely loved living here!
